OAEvent™ Registration System

OAEvent™ is a web-based event registration system, specifically developed to meet the needs of Order of the Arrow® sections. Although OAEvent™ is not officially sponsored by the Order of the Arrow® or the Boy Scouts of America®, it was created by Arrowmen who know the ins and outs of the conclave registration process. Since its debut, over 5,000 registrations have been processed through the system, and more sections are adopting the system as their primary conclave registration tool each year.
We are constantly rolling out new features and functionality for the system in order to meet the ever-growing registration management needs of sections. As of version 2.2, we are proud to offer:

- Integrated trading post pre-orders
- Registration approval system (similar to NOAC staff registration process)
- One-Click live statistics for section administrators
- Data export for section and lodge administrators
